Ø Firstly, if you want to download from youtube, you pick your video
Ø Secondly, click on watch
Ø Thirdly, on that page you intend viewing the video, you go to your url and change the form from www.youtube.com/watchvideo?/=gl....... or whatever you find there to ssyoutube.com/watchvideo?/=gl…. And it will link you directly to a site which specializes in this.
Ø Lastly, when you get to the site, you will find the video there with different format to choose you from e.g. mp4 360, 3gp240, flv format and so on. Pick yours and its youtube all the way.
